Do I have to commit to anything?

No. The first conversation is free, the second is free, all the conversations before you decide are free. We only get paid if you say yes to a package and pay the 50% deposit.

Is there a fee for the first conversation?

Zero. We're not the kind of business that charges for "consultations." If our first messages help you decide to move (or not move, or work with someone else) — that's a win for us too.

What if I'm 6+ months away from moving?

Write us anyway. Honestly, the earlier we know about you, the better we can plan. We don't take a deposit until you're 2-3 months out, so reaching out early costs you nothing.

Can I just email instead of WhatsApp?

Of course. Email us at sasanicolette@gmail.com. We reply just as fast. Some prefer email for the paper trail, others prefer WhatsApp for the speed. Both work.

What if I want a video call?

Easy. After the first few WhatsApp messages, we can jump on a 20-minute video call. Most girls don't bother. But it's there if you want.

Do you respond on weekends?

Yes, just slower. Mon–Fri we reply within 4 hours. Sat–Sun within 12. We try to be human about our own time off, but we also know moves don't pause for weekends.
